API Limits

Plecto API enforces certain limits to how much data you can send. All limits are global and apply to all organizations in Plecto.

Admins can see the number of API requests and their limits on the Settings page in Plecto. All the details are listed under the section Security, Usage & Limits.

API requests (default) vs. API requests (registrations)

API requests (default) are limited to 3600 requests/hour, and they apply to the following endpoints:

/contest-widgets
/dashboards
/devices
/favorites
/graphs
/images
/leaderboards
/numbers
/screens
/tables
/text
/timelines

API requests (registrations) are limited to 3600 requests/hour and 100 items per request. These limitations apply to all interactions with the following endpoint:

/registrations
