Step 1: Retrieve your Cradle credentials
To integrate your Cradle data with Plecto, you need to provide the following credentials:
API token
Cradle ID
How to find your Cradle credentials
These credentials are typically associated with your Cradle account. To obtain them:
Log in to your Cradle admin platform.
Chat with Cradle team and ask them for API credentials - they will provide you with an API ID (Cradle ID) and Key (API token) via a secure channel.
Once you have retrieved all the credentials, move to Step 2 to connect your Cradle account with Plecto.
Step 2: Integrate Cradle with Plecto
In Plecto, go to Data sources > New data source > Cradle.
Enter your Cradle credentials and click Next.
Select the data you want to import.
Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.
Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.
Click Import to finish.
