Step 1: Generate an API token in Dixa
Before you can integrate Dixa with Plecto, you need to generate an API token in your Dixa account. You need to have admin access in Dixa to be able to generate an API token.
Read this article to learn how to create your Dixa API token.
Step 2: Integrate Dixa with Plecto
Go to Data sources > New data source > Dixa.
(Optional) Rename your credentials.
Insert the API token that you previously generated in Dixa, then click Next.
Select the data you want to import.
Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.
Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.
Click Import to finish.

Our integration with Dixa currently allows you to import the following data:
Conversations
Messages
Activity Logs (beta)
Query limitations
As of October 2022, we no longer have query limitations. The only limitation is that data for Activity Logs (beta) is only available for up to 90 days on a query.
Dixa webhooks
Dixa webhooks update all your Dixa data sources in Plecto that use your credentials. For example, if you have two data sources, webhooks will update both of them at once using the same credentials.
How to configure webhooks in Dixa
To configure a webhook, go to the integration settings page in Dixa.
Alternatively, you can find it under Settings > Integrations > Webhooks (configure webhooks) > Add Webhook.Add the following information:
Name: Choose the name of your webhook.
Webhook URL: https://app.plecto.com/admin/data-sources/dixa/{PLECTO CREDENTIALS UUID}/hook/
You can find the UUID of your Plecto credentials under Data sources > Credentials. Click on your credentials for the Dixa integration and copy the alphanumerical string that is the final part of the URL.Authorization: Not required.
Enable: Make sure to enable the webhook.
Events: Select the events from the list for which you want to enable the webhook.
Click Create Webhook to finish.
Troubleshooting Dixa integration
The "Number of agents replies" field is empty
If there are some empty fields in your Messages and Conversations data sources, add an Activity Logs data source and run a manual import on Messages and Conversations.
