Step 1: Retrieve your Vonage credentials

To integrate your Vonage data with Plecto, you need to provide the following credentials:

  • API token

How to find your Vonage credentials

These credentials are typically associated with your Vonage account. To obtain them:

  1. Log in to your Vonage account.

  2. Navigate to Build > Applications.

  3. Create new App with Voice capability.

  4. Follow this tutorial to generate the JWT token (API token)

Once you have retrieved all the credentials, move to Step 2 to connect your Vonage account with Plecto.

Step 2: Integrate Vonage with Plecto

  1. In Plecto, go to Data sources > New data source > Vonage.

  2. Enter your Vonage credentials and click Next.

  3. Select the data you want to import.

  4. Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.

  5. Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.

  6. Click Import to finish.
