Step 1: Get your Weclapp API token and Tenant name
To integrate your Weclapp account with Plecto, you need to provide an API token and Tenant.
Get your API token
In Weclapp, click on your profile in the top-right, then My settings.
Find the API token section. Enter your Weclapp password to unlock this section.
Click Add new API token. Weclapp will generate a token for you. Add the integration name (for example, Plecto) in the description field - this will help you identify what the token is used for.
Copy the API token. You will have to use it in Plecto.
Get your Tenant name
When logged in to Weclapp, you can find the tenant name in the URL: https://www.<tenant>.weclapp.com/webapp/view/. For example, myweclapp is the tenant name in myweclapp.weclapp.com
Once you have the credentials, move to Step 2.
Step 2: Integrate Weclapp with Plecto
In Plecto, go to Data sources > New data source > Weclapp.
(Optional) Rename your credentials.
Insert your Weclapp API token and Tenant name.
Click Next.
Select the data you want to import.
Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select streaming dimensions (where applicable), select which fields to import, and more.
Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.
Click Import to finish.
