Step 1: Get your Zisson credentials

To integrate Zisson with Plecto, you need to provide the following:

  • Server domain

  • Latest JWT

  • Token's Time to Live

Here's how to get your Zisson credentials for Plecto:

👉 Server domain

This is your server domain in Zisson. For example: https://app2.zisson.no, https://app2.zisson.com. You can find it in the URL field of your browser when logged in to Zisson.

👉 Latest JWT (JSON Web Token) & Token's Time to Live

Create a JSON Web Token in your Zisson Admin panel to use in Plecto.

  1. Go to Admin > API keys > click + Add.

  2. Give your token a name (for example, Plecto).

  3. Add the token's Time to live in minutes. We recommend you to add anything between 60 and 1440 minutes (1 hour - 1 day). The token will expire once its lifetime runs out, but we will make sure to refresh it.

  4. Leave the Renew refresh token unchecked.

  5. Switch to the Features tab on the left. There, you'll have to select the access permissions for the token.

  6. Find and enable the following:

    1. 143 External API - ExternalConversation (Written Media),

    2. 157 External API - queue status (Give access to external API asking for queue status),

    3. 178 External API - Entities (Give access to external api for Entities),

    4. 186 Ing-feature-name-186.

  7. To finish, click Save at the top.

Leave the tab open so you can copy-paste the credentials into Plecto in Step 2.

Step 2: Connect your Zisson account with Plecto

  1. In Plecto, go to Data sources > New data sourceZisson.

  2. (Optional) Rename your credentials.

  3. Choose your server domain and insert the Latest JWT and Token's Time to Live.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Select the data types you want to import.

  6. Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.

  7. Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.

  8. Click Import to finish.
