Step 1: Retrieve your Dialfire credentials

To integrate your Dialfire data with Plecto, you need to provide the following credentials:

  • Tenant token

  • Tenant ID

  • Campaign ID

  • Sync Client Token

How to find your Dialfire credentials

🔥 Tenant ID and Tenant Token

These credentials are typically associated with your Dialfire account. To obtain them:

  1. Log in to your Dialfire account.

  2. Navigate to the Account Settings or API Access section.

  3. Locate the Tenant ID and Tenant Token.

🔥 Campaign ID

The Campaign ID identifies the specific campaign you wish to integrate. To find it:

  1. In your Dialfire dashboard, go to the Campaigns section.

  2. Select the campaign you want to integrate.

  3. The Campaign ID is usually displayed in the campaign details or URL.

🔥 Sync Client Token

This token is required to synchronize data between Dialfire and external services like Plecto. To obtain it:

  1. Navigate to the Campaign Settings of the desired campaign.

  2. Under the Connectors section, activate the Sync Client connector.

  3. Upon activation, a Sync Client Token will be displayed.

  4. Copy and securely store this token, as it will be used for integration purposes.

Once you have retrieved all the credentials, move to Step 2 to connect your Dialfire account with Plecto.

Step 2: Integrate Dialfire with Plecto

  1. In Plecto, go to Data sources > New data source > Dialfire.

  2. Enter your Dialfire credentials and click Next.

  3. Select the data you want to import.

  4. Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.

  5. Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.

  6. Click Import to finish.
