Step 1: Find your account number and API key in Flexfone

To integrate Flexfone, you need to know your Flexfone account number (Brugernavn) and generate an API key.

You can find these credentials by logging in via kunde.flexfone.dk and clicking on Integration > API.

Step 2: Connect Flexfone to Plecto

  1. In Plecto, go to Data sourcesNew data source > Flexfone.

  2. (Optional) Rename your credentials.

  3. Insert your account number and API key, then click Next. If asked, authorize Plecto to read your Flexfone data.

  4. Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.

  5. Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.

  6. Click Import to finish.

  7. Move to Step 3.

Step 3: Set up webhooks in Flexfone

We receive your Flexfone data exclusively via webhooks. Here's how to configure webhooks in your Flexfone account:

  1. Go to your Flexfone admin interface at https://kunde.flexfone.dk/.

  2. Press the Jeres løsning button under Ændringer in the left sidebar.

  3. Log in by pressing Log ind på løsning.

  4. Expand the Integration section in the left sidebar and click on Medarbejder integration.

  5. Click Indstillinger for medarbejder integration. This will open a popup.

  6. Click on the HTTP Metode drop-down menu and choose the value POST.

  7. You will see four text inputs. These inputs should be filled with the information you can see in your new Flexfone data source settings in Plecto. Paste the corresponding values from your Plecto data source into the popup fields in Flexfone. See the values in the following inputs (the three bottom inputs have the same value).

  8. Click the Gem button in the bottom-left of the popup.

  9. To finish, click on Opdater system in the top-right corner.

Available data

Currently, you can import the following data from your Flexfone account to Plecto:

  • Calls: See the duration, type of calls, status, and more.

The Calls data is solely based on webhooks, which means that Plecto cannot import historical data. Once you create the data source, it will be empty and start adding registrations as your calls happen.
