Step 1: Retrieve your Herodesk credentials

To integrate your Herodesk data with Plecto, you need to provide the following credentials:

  • API token

How to find your Herodesk credentials

These credentials are typically associated with your Herodesk account. To obtain them:

  1. Log in to your Herodesk account.

  2. Navigate to the Settings > API & Webhooks section.

  3. Locate the API Key and copy it.

Once you have retrieved the credentials, move to Step 2 to connect your Herodesk account with Plecto.

Step 2: Integrate Herodesk with Plecto

  1. In Plecto, go to Data sources > New data source > Herodesk.

  2. Enter your Herodesk credentials and click Next.

  3. Select the data you want to import.

  4. Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.

  5. Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.

  6. Click Import to finish.
