Automatic employee activation
Whenever new employees are imported to Plecto, they get activated by default, which means that you can start tracking their KPIs.
The new employees don't have login access, but you can invite them to start using contests, quizzes, performance agreements, news feed, and more.
You can turn off automatic activation on the Settings page. If you disable automatic activation, all newly imported employees will be listed under the Pending tab in Settings > Employees. There, you can review the list and either activate or discard them. The discarded employees are moved to the Deactivated tab.
Plecto will start importing employee data starting from their activation date.
