Active, Deactivated, Pending and Tracked employees

All employees in Plecto are organized into four tabs – Active, Deactivated, Pending, and Tracked.

  • The Active tab contains all employees who send data to Plecto and/or have login access but don't send data.

  • The Deactivated tab contains employees who have either been manually deactivated, whose employment period has ended, or who have been discarded from the Pending tab.

  • The Pending tab contains employees who have been imported to Plecto but have not yet been assigned a status (active or deactivated). Organization admins have to review pending employees manually. All discarded employees are moved to the Deactivated tab.

  • The Tracked tab lists those employees who are sending data to Plecto. The tracked employees form the number of licenses included in your subscription. You can also see your tracked employees for this and the previous month on the Settings and Billing pages.

Automatic employee activation

  • Whenever new employees are imported to Plecto, they get activated by default, which means that you can start tracking their KPIs.

  • The new employees don't have login access, but you can invite them to start using contests, quizzes, performance agreements, news feed, and more.

  • You can turn off automatic activation on the Settings page. If you disable automatic activation, all newly imported employees will be listed under the Pending tab in Settings > Employees. There, you can review the list and either activate or discard them. The discarded employees are moved to the Deactivated tab.

  • Plecto will start importing employee data starting from their activation date.
