Step 1: Get your Lime CRM credentials

To integrate your Lime CRM data with Plecto, you need to provide an API key and a Base URL.

How to get your API key

To get your API key, you need to have access to Lime CRM Server Administration Interface.

  1. From there, go to Databases > Security > Users.

  2. Create a new API user to use for connecting with Plecto.

    1. For User type, choose API.

    2. For Display name and Username, write something like Plecto or Plecto Integration.

    3. For Groups, add the groups and permissions to which Plecto should have access.

  3. Select the user and click Create API key. The key will be shown once, so copy it and store in a safe place in case you need to use it again.

How to get your Base URL
  1. You can find your Base URL in your profile, under API Documentation. It could look like this: try.lime-crm.com/web%demo/api/v1/limeobject/

Now that you have your Lime CRM credentials, move to Step 2 in this guide and integrate your data with Plecto.
