How does the subscription work?
Plecto's subscription plans are license-based.
Billing is based on the highest number of employees sending data in a single day each month.
For example:
Employees sending data today: 8
Employees sending data yesterday: 14
Employees sending data last Thursday: 10
If 14 ends up being the highest number of tracked employees of the month, that's how many licenses you are billed (14).
Updating the number of licenses. You will see a warning message if the number of peak usage exceeds the number of licenses included in your subscription. You can update this number in Settings > Billing > Change subscription or upgrade.
