Step 1: Configure TOPdesk

Before adding a TOPdesk data source in Plecto, you need to configure TOPdesk and create an application password.

These are the credentials you need:

  • Username: The login name of your TOPdesk user.

  • Password: An application password you create in TOPdesk.

  • Domain: Your full TOPdesk domain, for example mycompany.topdesk.com

Step 2: Create a TOPdesk data sources in Plecto

  1. In Plecto, go to Data sources > New data source > TOPdesk.

  2. (Optional) Rename your credentials.

  3. Enter your TOPdesk username, password, and your domain, then click Next.

  4. Select the data you want to import.

  5. Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.

  6. Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.

  7. Click Import to finish.
