Step 1: Create an application token in webCRM
To integrate webCRM with Plecto, you need to create an Application token in your webCRM account.
Open webCRM and go to Settings (gear icon in the top-right corner) > Configuration > Integration > API tab.
Click on the green plus icon on the left hand side to create a new REST API token.
Enter the Application name (for example, Plecto), select the correct time zone, and click Save settings. By default, all scopes are 'read only,' which means that Plecto only gets read access to your data.
Copy your Application token and move to Step 2.
Step 2: Integrate webCRM with Plecto
In Plecto, go to Data sources > New data source > webCRM.
(Optional) Rename your credentials.
Insert your application token and click Next.
Select the data you want to import.
Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.
Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.
Click Import to finish.
