Step 1: Get your credentials from Wildix
To integrate your Wildix data with Plecto, you need to provide an API token and your Wildix subdomain.
1. Wildix API token:
To get the API token, log in to your Wildix WMS as root admin.
Go to PBX > Integrations > Company API Keys.
Click Create New API Key.
Give your key a name (for example: Plecto read-only).
For scopes, add read access to your data.
For expiration, add about a year (365 days) before your key expires.
Click Create API Key. ⚠️ The key will only be shown once – copy your key and store it in a safe place!
2. Wildix subdomain:
You can find your subdomain in the URL:
https://{subdomain}.wildixin.com
Step 2: Integrate Wildix with Plecto
Go to Data sources > New data source > Wildix.
(Optional) Rename your credentials.
Insert your API token (key) and Subdomain. Click Next.
Select the data you want to import.
Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.
Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.
Click Import to finish.
