Dashboard List

The dashboard list is your central hub for managing all dashboards in your organization. From here you can create new dashboards, search and filter existing ones, and perform actions on one or multiple dashboards at once.


Creating a dashboard

Click + New Dashboard to open the creation panel. Fill in the following:

  • Dashboard name (required) Give your dashboard a clear, descriptive title.

  • Parent dashboard (optional) Nest this dashboard under an existing one to build a hierarchy. Use the searchable dropdown to find the parent.

Once created, you'll be taken directly to your new dashboard to start building.


Finding dashboards

Search Use the search bar to filter dashboards by name in real time. If a matching dashboard is nested under a parent, the parent will automatically expand so you can see the result in context.

Filters Narrow down the list using the filter dropdowns:

  • Date created Filter by when dashboards were created: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Older.

  • Created by Filter by the person who created the dashboard.

Sorting Click any column header to sort the list. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order.


Dashboard hierarchy

Dashboards can be nested under a parent dashboard to keep things organized. Nested dashboards appear indented and can be expanded or collapsed in the list. You can set or change a parent dashboard in the dashboard settings.


Pinned dashboards

Pin your most-used dashboards to keep them at the top of the list for quick access. Pinned dashboards also appear in the navigation menu.

To pin or unpin a dashboard, use the row action menu (⋯) on the right side of any dashboard row, or use the bulk action when multiple dashboards are selected.


Row actions

Each dashboard row has an action menu (⋯) with the following options:

Opens the dashboard editor

Opens the dashboard in a new window

Pin / Remove from pinned

Adds or removes from your pinned dashboards

Configure access

Sets which teams can access this dashboard

Copy

Creates a duplicate of the dashboard

Delete

Permanently deletes the dashboard


Bulk actions

Select one or more dashboards using the checkboxes to reveal the bulk action bar. You can apply the following actions to all selected dashboards at once:

Pin / Remove from pinned Pin all selected dashboards, or remove them all from pinned depending on the current state of your selection.

Copy Creates a copy of each selected dashboard.

Configure access Choose which teams have access to the selected dashboards. If the dashboards you've selected currently have different team configurations, you'll see a warning that the existing team settings will be replaced with your new selection across all selected dashboards.

Note: Configure access is only available if you have the required permission in your organization.

Delete Permanently deletes all selected dashboards. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is removed.
