Limit access to a dashboard
Limit access to only allow some teams to view a dashboard. The limitations apply to everyone who's not an admin in your organization.
All admins can view and edit all dashboards, regardless of the limitations. All non-limited dashboards are available to everyone with login access.
Go to Visualization > Dashboards.
Create a new dashboard or find a one in the list and click Edit next to its title.
Expand the Advanced settings and enable Limit access.
Add team(s) in the Teams with access field. Everyone from the added teams and their sub-teams will be able to access the dashboard.
Click Save in the bottom-right corner to finish.
